i defrosted the coils  and found a lot of obsruction in the drain hole i cleanend it all out and finnaly the hole drained but the customer called and said the freezer area was iced up again does any body know how i can force defrost this sxs is it through the board on the cold control? or how can i put it in the test mode ? help!!!

With evap. cover off, you can test defrost thermostat & heater with meter. If both ok,  replace board.

Here is the tech sheet I come up with for it. If you can read it i think it tells you how.

So you think the refrigerator has a defrost problem or you just want to manually put it in defrost to help you clear the ice out of the drain tube?

i cleaned the ice out but now its iced up again i wanted to no if i could force the defrost in the main control board with out taking it all apart again

the fridge did not have derost adapter it was in the control board and after all that the custemer told me the control board on the frige side was bad so he didnt want to spend the flow for the board and YES!! the tech sheet was great ill keep it in my files thank you again!
