Frigidaire refrigerato ice dispenser auger runs non-stop

Frigidaire PLHS269ZDB2 - I replaced water dispenser actuator, but while doing that, the ribbon cable was accidentally unplugged. I put everything back, turned on the power, the Ice dispenser auger runs non-stop. Here are the things I’ve tried:

1. Disconnect the wire on micro switch for ice dispenser, the auger still runs.

2. Re-connect the micro switch, and disconnect the ribbon cable, then ice auger stops.
When power is on and Ice dispenser auger running, all the lights on control board (the one right behind the face plate)(241708307) are on except the lock light. When I push any buttons on the control board, no response, no light will be off, they all stay on. If I push and hold the lock button, the red lock light will be on. With lock light on, I opened the freezer door, auger stops; closed door, auger still off; push and hold the lock button again, lock light off and auger runs again and.

Is this a problem with control board (241708307) or power board(241708102)? Or something else?
