Hotpoint dishwasher

I'm working on a Hotpoint dishwasher Model #HFB4610VC159. It is leaking out the bottom of the door so I replaced the door seal but the seal only goes part way across the bottom on both sides. There was a separate little chunk of seal in the middle of the bottom of the door but it is hard and cracked up so I replaced it with a piece from the original seal but it still leaks what am I missing?
