I have a LG Side By Side
LSC26905TTCooling issues here is what I have done
1) all fans operational.
2) compressor runs after initial 10 mins it draws 1.53 amp thinking this is a little much.
3) Cooling frost only forms 6-10 inches into evaporator coil with the fridge getting to around 46 degrees in a 78 degree house 24 hours.
4) no way to test pressure on LOW side at this time unless I add port.
5) did find questionable oil at the point of stubbed of tube of Drier tube Also drier tube mounted from factory Horizontal

always told need to be with the capillary tube down.
what else am I missing unit is 4-5 years old
I could get new drier add ports and go from there ? Never soldered Alum and copper however found info on turbo torch alum flux paste that can be used. I have the gauge set and can pull a vacuum if I install new drier. No info on compressor freon capacity or required oil. only show 134A
Also should I add high side valve while i have system open. If I open it Is it worth the trouble or just wasting time going into sealed system ?
Love to hear some advise I am out of answers
