kitchen aid dishwasher makes a chattering sound when filling with water

kitchen aid KUDI01DLBL0 built in dishwasher. After it fills up with water the chattering sound stops. Other then the chattering sound it make when it fills with water it works ok.

I would replace the valve, repair clinic part # 961991
