Replaced burnt out element and oven still does not work

We had the lower heating element burn out on us in the oven. I replaced the element with a new one, but I can't get any heat from the oven now.

I should have mentioned that while I do have power to the clock and the top burners work, but neither bake or broil elements heating up.

The bake and broil elements gets power directly from the oven clock/control.

There is no thermal fuse on your model range.
 
If you do not have power to the bake and broil elements I would suspect the oven clock/control to be at fault.
