Drum is loose and make a lot of noise when it's spinning

Like the title says, washer also jumps around a lot.

Check cabinette springs at top of tub.p # 22003254.  Check shocks (struts) at bottom of tub. P # 22001988. You may have a broken tub support. P # w10181639. Outer tub should move, but inner basket should not have up and down play. If tub support is broken you may be seeing some small plastic flakes on your clothes. Good luck.
