lsr5132pq0 whirlpool washer slow cold fill

Hot water is fine, cold water starts out fine and then slows down to a trickle.

Replace your water valve and NEVER leave washer unattended, it can and will flood your home.

You need to flip the controls up and remove the case to get inside and change the valve. Your water valve has small screens that can be removed and cleaned. You may want to try that first.
