Ge front load washer

Ge front load washer model# wbvh5300k0ww. This washer will not fill. At normal wash unit drains for appr. 5 minutes and turns off and unlocks door with pause start button blinking Everything checks good in diagnostic mode. It did have an e30 fault code stored in the memory which indicates a drain problem. Nothing in the pump and it drains good in diagnostic mode.

Water valve?

Water valve  test good during diagnostic test.  Washer turns it's self off after 5 minutes, and pause/start biutton blinks. It also does not fill. I'm thinking this unit may have a faulty control board. This unit is not filling, but it is also turning itself off after 5 minutes leaving it dead other than start/pause button blinking.
