Samsung Refrig not cooling icing up model RB215LASH

I defrosted this machine (unplugged it for 24 hours) and would like to know, on start up, how to run a TEST sequence?
Also what are the ohm readings for the thermister's. Parts pro lists them as DA47-00095E, DA32-0006w and DA32-10105S.
