PLEASE HELP WITH ICEMAKER

I have a maytag side by side ref. I have replaced the icemaker assembly, the dual water valve, the fill tube, and the inlet valve...the water will not stop filling the icemaker!! Even if I unplug the ref the water still keeps running!! I've spent a lot of money on replacement parts and I'm not further that I was when I started...please help!!

How is the water pressure to the refrigerator?

the pressure is fine. the stream is strong depending on how open the inlet valve is

Do you have a reverse osmosis water filter system?  With an RO system, the water pressure is too low and the valve will not close properly.

The replacement filter that I bought is product number UKF8001


i'm unsure if this is a RO. If so how do I adjust it. This ref was working properly before we moved. in our new home we are having trouble.

The UKF8001 is just a standard cartridge filter.

I'm not sure what you mean.  Are you talking about the shutoff valve at the wall?  The shutoff valve should be fully open. 
The valve mounted to the refrigerator is the inlet valve.  If you unplugged the refrigerator and water continues to flow, the problem has to be either a bad inlet valve or insufficient water pressure. Water pressure should be at least 20 psi.

Is there a way to "chat" on this site if someone is online? I need to check the pressure of the water. The old ref had an icemaker installed but I just thought that it didn't work. The lines were connected but it never made any ice. Once we disconnected the old ref and hooked up the new one the water began to flow. soo..i'm at a loss!!

If your House Water Supply for the Fridge is from a clamp-on "self-tapping" saddle valve connection ,
it could be "gunked-up", not supplying enough pressure (yes) to "close" the Fridge Water Valve.
It should be replaced with a "drill" type saddle valve.
