RF267AARS Samsung Ice Maker

I need to replace a ice maker in a Samsung RF267AARS. In order to do that, I need to remove the ice bucket, which is normally easy (just by release of the lever latch). Activating the latch does not allow the bucket to be removed, The latch appears to be working from the right side. The ice bucket appears to be stuck at the top and bottom. Need to know how to release the ice bucket. Any help appreciated.
