kenmore not cold

have a kenmore side by side model # 25351622101 manufactured 2001. replaced the defrost thermostat, defrost heater checked ok with amp meter, replaced defrost control board. compressor in back is running but still not getting below 60 in the fridge dept. frost is build up on the evaporator coils. Any help appreciated.

I wonder if that model has some sort of damper?
