Kenmore Elite HE4 electric dryer #110.85872400

Hello to all! We have the above listed front loading dryer and I am hoping to repair it myself. The drum rotates, everything runs as should except....it makes no heat. Vent is clear, breakers are good etc.. Any and all help is appreciated.

Check the heating element, part # 3387747
