Front Loading Washer Model#WCVH6800J1MR Stops before going into spin cycle

The washer we own and operate was working fine until one day I went to change loads and it was stuck on 25 min left (roughly the time for the spin and drain cycle).  Thus I hit start again.  Came back down and it was at 22 min left.  It kept doing this until I just changed it to spin and drain setting.  I am trying to figure out why it will not run a complete cycle (hot, cold, colors etc) all the way through.  Am help is appreciated, I do not know a large amount about washers and dryers, especially the new GE front loaders.  Thanks

Maybe the pump filter needs cleaned out. Remove the base panel and clean out the pump is what I would do.

Does it rinse?  Is there water in the tub when it stalls?

When I've caught it acting up, the clothes have been soaked. It shakes quite a bit also. The filters were clean, nothing seems to look out of order. We're running the service test on it as I write this. Haven't had much time to tinker with it.

I haven't had a chance to look at the manual but if it's like the Duet you may want to check out the door locking mech.  It will have a lock for wash and another for spin (high RPM's).  Just a quick thought...
