Frigadaire front load

Frigadaire front load washer model gltf2940fs1. Customer complaint was unit would not drain or spin. I removed trash from pump. At that point washer did drain and spin out. Thought I had it fixed but now customer says that no matter where you set control it goes into pause after appr. 10 seconds. I'm sure this is something simple but have not got back over to check it yet.  Any ideas? I could probably use a manual. Thanks.

This should be your service manual.  Put it into diagnostics and see if any codes come up.
