GE WASHIER WON'T SPIN

I am working on a g.e. profile washer that does not spin. the motor is turning the pulley, however the belt does not turn the pulley on the transmission.
it is a g.e profile model wpcr3100woww ser# st143090g.

The easiest thing to do is remove the tub from the machine and flip it over so you can easily replace the clutch. You simply remove the clip and yank offf the clutch install the new one. Shawn Ryan has a nice video:
