Hello, my customer has a stand alone icemaker, its exact same internally as my KitchenAid in my man cave.
Her unit is constanty running water through it and draining, but not getting cold. There is no power to the compressor even after the five minute start up.
I thgought I would ask here first ( I keep forgetting I pay yearly for GE technical support, lol), this is for the Home warranty company, so we have already changed the PCB board, and I threw on a new overload and relay.
It just seems to be stuck on its cleaning cycle/
We have a $475 limit on the repair, I have $185 in parts already. Figured it was a control board issue.
