samsung refrigerator no evaporator fan or suction flow

Hi everyone!
I gotta big stump in my way!  I got a samsung model rb217abpn/xaa.  It is not cooling! The compressor is on and runs constantly no change in temp. I noticed the evap fan is not working in the fresh food section I believe the fan in the frozen section is not working either pain to get the bloody drawer out in that thing unless I am doing something wrong.
I am sure this is some sort of sensor or thermistor or possibly board problem, but with all that being said even without my evap fans running I should get some suction pressure or movement if my compressor is running, but I am not, it holds steady at about 28psig which is room temp for 134a.
Any Ideas would be most helpful, this is the top fridge bottom freezer style.

Bad compressor.  There's a 5 year warranty on the sealed system.

On Samsungs, you have to hold the door switch in for a long long time before the evap fan will kick in and run.   I have never timed it, but it feels like an eternity.  Probably only a  10 to 30 second wait.  Also, if you hold the condenser fan and prevent it from spinning, the control will kill power to that fan for a bit, which no other fridge does, so most techs think the control is bad and not feeding power to the fan.

Either way, 28 psig on the suction side is a bit high.
