Samsung dv203aew/xac srevice manual

Hi: I have a Samsung dryer model  DV203AEW/XAC  that is not working properly. Power is coming in to the control board,
the time counts down but the motor will not run and the heat does not come on.
I am looking for a service manual so I can do diagnostics on this machine.
any help would be appreciated
