I replaced dryer belt today. It went on very easy, I even showed my 15 yr old how to do it. Once you pop the top off you remove two screws on the inside of front panel. These are located up top just below top of dryer on the inside of front panel. Now remove front panel so you can easally access idle wheel and motor drive shaft pully. Then you need both hands, one to hold idle wheel back and one to place belt on drive shaft pully. Once the belts on then spin drum by hand to make sure it tracks correctly. Thanks for the quick reponse everyone, Mike.
