kenmore washer spins very slowly

I am working on kenmore model 11023832100 .In the spin cycle the machice spin very slowly. I have changed the drive coupling now the agitator snips when the basket should be. any ideas? does any one have a service manual for this machine? thanks guys!

You must have a bad clutch.

how difficult is that to repair ?

Not very hard at all. Remove the agitator ten remove the pump and motor. Get the tranny out. Inspect the clutch band by removing it from the housing with a pair of pliers. Squeeze the spring to release the clutch band.

if your basket is not spinning pull the ajatator and check the nut on the basket which tightens up a drive block that sits on the basket drive
