Shipping pins not removed - Used it - Damage?
« on: May 31, 2012, 07:59:48 AM »
Hello,

I had a Samsung front-load washer shipped to me yesterday.  The shipping pins weren't removed by the deliverymen, and I didn't know any better.  It got through most of a spin cycle before we heard it and ran downstairs.  I called the store this morning and they told me the problem.

Would running it with the pins in cause damage or shorten the life of the product?  Thanks in advance for your input. -Bryan
