Problem broke Belt (461970207081)

it had a belt 461970207081 (1301 J MA> SBR-CR  - 3 044) , my supplier and other sites are selling and replacing this belt with the Belt Part Number W10388414

However I can not mount this belt because it looks short!, I have compared the broken belt with the replacement and its at least 1 inch shorter How can I mount this if I have no adjustment to the Motor which is mounted on the same outer tub???

My supplier its saying me that it's the right Belt for the He3, and that nobody is complaining about this.  I'm attaching a picture and I frankly do not think anyone has problems whit this Belt,  please help me to fix this. Or tell me how install it. or what its the right belt thanks in advance

It may be a situation as with the hydrowave, where you start with the belt on the smaller motor pulley and put a tempary tie strap on large pulley. Work belt around and then cut and remove tie strap.
