What was their thinking by installing 2 micro switches there instead of one? Apparently they feel one will do the job in the new con fig. hay i am learning just like you.

Not completly,I'm still troubleshooting it,but I think that I've found out that the light in the refrigerator side has to be working for it to go into the defrost.

Still having problems with this thing.It will not go into defrost on it's own.I can get it to go into defrost by depressing the light switch 5 times in 6 seconds,but it will not go into the defrost cycle on it's own.I have replaced the defrost thermostat and the ADC.What could be wrong now?
