Admiral Dryer Will Not Start

Hello, I am working on an Admiral Electric Dryer - Model # AED4475TQ1 - I am stumped as I have checked the following. I ohmed all the following and they are OK and I checked power to the block , its OK - Not sure how to check the timer or the motor. Could someone please explain how to check these two things as I am guessing that it must be one of those two things OR am I missing another possibility? Happy Memorial weekend to ALL!!!!!!!
Push Start Switch - OK
Thermal Cut-Off - OK
Hi Limit - OK
Thermal Fuse - OK
Door Switch - OK

Thanks AJ for the quick response. I will try the suggested tests and let you know how it goes. Also I need to know if when I check the motor for power, what if I do NOT get the 120vac - does that mean the motor is bad or do I have another problem? Thanks Again for the HELP!!!!!!

AJ - Thank You for the other link, it was very helpful, the problem wasa the timer as I tested it like it was suggested, replaced timer and everything is working great!! Thanks Again
