GE Dryer Will Not Heat

Hello I am working on a GE Dryer Model# DSXH47EG1WW and it will not heat. I have checked and ohmed out the following and they are OK
Heater Coil-OK
Thermal Limiter-OK
Safety Thermostat-OK
Thermo Disc or Operating Thermostat has NO Continuity so I reolace that and it still will not heat.
Could it be the board or am I missing something else?
** When I checked the operating Thermostat for continuity I did get a resistance reading of about 40 is that CORRECT??
Please help this person has been very patient with me and I am getting FRUSTRATED and it is probably something simple that I have missed>>> Thanks for any help.

Check for 240 VAC at the outlet. Since this has an electronic control it has a thermistor, not an operating thermostat. Check the thermistor on the front of the blower housing with one the terminals disconnected.  If it still reads 40 ohms, it is bad. It should read several thousand ohms.  If the thermistor is good, check the heater relay on the control.  Run the dryer and check voltage at the relay.  240 VAC is bad, 0 VAC is good.

Thanks for the reply, I have replaced the thermistor and it still does not work. I took another old board of the same and put it in and it worked sometimes but not always I am thinking its the board, what else do you think. I also bipassed the relay with the red and black wires and I DID get heat therefore thats why I am thinking its the board. Agree? or not Agree? Thanks for any more help you can give.
