Whirlpool Washer WTW6200VW0 wet clothes after cycle is finished

Whirlpool Washer Model # WTW6200VW0

Customer said after running a normal cycle the clothes are still wet and some water is left in the tub.
Also sometimes oL fault code is displayed part way into the cycle.

I first checked the drain line and pump for obstruction.
To repair this washer I ended up replacing the control board, part # W10189966
