Description: Notice the spoon under the water level float. The dishwasher fills on time and the float is a back up shut off. If the timer gets stuck then the float will lift up at the correct water level and stop the dishwasher from over filling. Here a spoon fell out of the rack and got under the float lifting it up so the dishwasher will not fill.
